This policy explains what St. John Studio Salon ("we") collects through stjohnstudiosalon.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms. The tour form asks for your name, phone, email, specialty, the space you're interested in, a start date and, if you choose, your Instagram handle. The rental application also asks for your license details, insurance status and an emergency contact.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

To answer your request, schedule tours, review rental applications, verify your Tennessee license, and contact you about renting a space. If you text or call us, we use your number only to reply.

Who handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our business email by our form service (Web3Forms). The site is hosted by Cloudflare. If you chat with us through Google, Google's own privacy policy also applies to that conversation. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Tour requests and applications are kept while we're talking with you. If you become a renter, we keep your application and agreement for as long as the law and our records require.
